If for some reason the product is not available to ship within 48 hours you will be notified. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for its arrival.

Email within 3 DAYS of receiving damaged or defective merchandise for an immediate replacement. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects or damages during delivery.

Shipping and handling

Shipping is a fixed amount for UPS Ground for the 48 United States. That does not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and APE. Just about every item will be shipped within 1-2 business days, following receipt of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

lost orders:

It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, please call Chantellesale.com at once.

returns and exchanges:

No Returns are accepted without our written authorization. Feel free to contact us if you may have any questions before placing any orders. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid, we cannot accept freight collect items. Please remember all returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your RMA e-mail with your return. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.
